Ten suspects arrested in oilfield for stealing fuel

At least ten people were arrested by the police for allegedly stealing nine jerry cans of fuel in the Tharjiarth oilfield in Unity State on Monday.
Speaking to The City Review, Brigadier Gen. John Jock Deng, the State police Director General confirmed the arrest of the suspects by the national security.
“All the ten people were arrested at the time they were stealing the fuel to sell out to those living outside the compound,” he explained.
He said after their investigations, the ten suspects would be punished by the law.
