First South Sudanese betting company launched in Juba

South Sudan has launched its first sports betting company, dubbed “Kura Bet”.

Kura Bet is a betting company with an online and physical standard licenced and well-functioning sports betting company.

Speaking during the official launch in Juba, the Managing Director of Kura Bet Sports Betting Company, Steven Araku, said the company aims to provide good betting systems and odds for sports lovers across South Sudan, adding that it was the reason they decided to set up a facility across the country.

“Our idea is to make Kura Bet the number one betting destination for all sports lovers in South Sudan, as we plan to give back to the community through various developmental activities,” the MD Araku said.

He said Kura Bet is committed to creating a foundation for the upcoming athletes and the youth, especially the teenagers to join sports that will generate a variety of community interactions, hence fostering peace.

Araku reiterated his company’s partnership with our government and other private sectors to support peace and development in the country.

He further revealed that Kura Bet has both an online platform and a physical shop where one can easily sign up through a smartphone, deposit and withdraw his/her money through the services of Mgurush.
